The Warmth of Yemen, Served at Your Table

Stone-pot saltah, tandoor-smoked mandi and honey-drenched bint al-sahn — recipes carried from Sana'a, Aden and Hadhramaut to your neighbourhood.

Our Story

A Family Kitchen, Three Generations Deep

Dar Al Yemen began with our grandmother's stone pot and a promise: never simplify the recipe. Every dish is made the long way — bread from the tandoor wall, hulba whipped by hand, spices ground each morning.
